Isn’t this flowering succulent just beautiful? I think it’s an Echevaria, but I am not certain.

I was given some identical looking plants a while ago, they are smaller than a tennis ball. Didn’t ever identify them. Is it an echvyaria? Cant find them in my plant book which makes me wonder are they indigenous??? Wonder if mine will ever flower and look that good, enjoy!
I found out!! Its SEMPERVIVUM TECTORUM!
Its common name is House leek.
I love it, its such a joy! 🙂
