Segmented succulent

Anyone recognise this little succulent? I’ve had it for a few years now and love its segmented stem. Its quite unusual as I haven’t seen many of them around.

Hi Naill, it looks Crassula ovata and has clusters of pale pink flowers ,is flowering at the moment

cool, thanks Jenny. Mine has never flowered in the several years I’ve hade it. Wonder if its in the wrong spot, semi-shade?

Hi Smile, They do well in the hot dry Valley Thicket so perhaps you should move it to a sunny spot

Sand plants always have thick leaves containing more water inside, it is may be the reason that they can grow well in the droughty place.
