I have a friend whose dog is allergic to grass . What could he plant as an alternative?
Thanks and Regards,
They could try mondo, which looks like a grass but is in fact a member of the asparagus family. Depends on the size of the area though – planting a lawn of mondo will cost a bit, but there are a number of ground covers that could work too: pennyroyal will take over in the right spot, and so will clover.
Will Daisy Lawn (Lippia) also be okay for his allergies?
