Freaky Friday

I was hoping to post something ghoulish or freaky (and nature-related) ;-) for Friday the thirteenth.

Instead, here are some pictures of the swallows at Mount Moreland at sunset. I suppose as the sun sets and the sky turns into a black, circling mass, it can feel quite eerie. :-) If you haven’t yet experienced the roosting of the swallows, you’ll have to wait until later this year when they return from Europe.  It is definitely worth it.
