I believe this is ” Aloe Cancer” if on the leaves it can be cut away,but does spread to other Aloes

Some of the same stuff grew out of the leaves on one of my aloes. I thought it was a type of freaky plant tumour and maybe my beloved little Msinga aloe was history. Luckily the growths died when the leaves shriveled and have not come back again. I’d also love to know what it is.

Smile that looks pretty scary, like some kind of alien invasion. Maybe it’s a weird fungal growth… Maybe it causes humans to mutate… Don’t inhale the spores!!!
